How do I scan a document? / 如何扫描文档？

Tap Scan on the home screen and choose Document Scan (or pick images from your photo library on simulator / unsupported devices).
Edges are detected automatically — drag the corners if you need to adjust, then save.
Text is recognized automatically when you open the document.

I ran out of free scans. / 免费额度用完了怎么办？

Free quota is 5 scans per day and 30 per month, and resets on calendar day/month. When it runs out, watch a rewarded video to get +3 bonus scans (once per day), or subscribe for unlimited high-accuracy OCR.

Recognition isn't accurate enough. / 识别精度不够？

Make sure the page is well-lit, straight, and in focus. For complex tables or low-quality documents, enable High Accuracy in the document view (requires subscription) — it uses a stronger OCR engine that reads table cells far more reliably.

How do I export a table to Excel? / 如何把表格导出到 Excel？

Open the document and choose Table → Excel (CSV). The app splits rows and columns and exports a structured CSV you can open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. For normal pages use PDF or JPEG export.

Where are my documents stored? / 文档存在哪里？

All scans are kept locally on this iPhone. iCloud sync is optional and off by default — turn it on in Settings → iCloud Sync to mirror documents across your own devices.

Can I cancel my subscription? / 如何取消订阅？

Yes, anytime. Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and cancel. Your documents and free quota are never affected by cancellation.

常见问题：在首页点「扫描」→「扫描文档」拍摄或从相册选图，边缘可自动检测并手动拖动四角校正，保存后打开文档即自动识别文字。免费额度为每日 5 次、每月 30 次（按自然日/自然月重置），用尽可观看激励视频获得 +3 次（每日一次），或订阅解锁无限高精度识别。识别精度不足时请保证页面光线充足、平整清晰；复杂表格或低质量文档可在文档页开启「高精度」模式（订阅功能）。表格导出：打开文档选择「表格 → Excel (CSV)」，App 会分行分列输出结构化 CSV，可用 Excel/Numbers 等打开；普通页面请用 PDF/JPEG 导出。所有文档仅存本机，iCloud 同步为可选项且默认关闭。订阅可在 iOS「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」随时取消，不影响已有文档与免费额度。如遇问题或建议，请通过上方邮箱联系我们并附上设备型号与 iOS 版本。
